Frequently asked questions of our World Famous Maryland Crabcakes Online Since 1996.
1) How do you ship the crabcakes?
We use specialized containers fitted for our product. They are packed with love, care and attention to detail. We keep them cold with gel packs and shipped overnight via Fed Ex.
2) What time will they arrive?
We offer two forms of shipping via Fed Ex. Choose Priority Overnight if you wish for them to arrive in the morning between 8am and noon. Choose Standard Overnight if you wish for them to arrive in the afternoon between noon and 6pm.
3) Will they arrive frozen?
Depending on your location & time of year, they will usually arrive frozen. They may arrive partially thawed which is normal in the southern regions at certain times of the year. The crabcakes are fine to refreeze or continue to thaw for consumption. If you choose to keep them frozen they will be good for 6 months in the freezer. If they arrive warm do not eat them and contact our shipping department immediatly with your order number.
4) What days do we offer shipping?
We ship crabcake orders every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Orders made before noon Eastern Standard Time will ship out that day. Orders made after that time will ship out the following day. Orders made on Thursday after 12pm EST will ship out the following Monday if that Monday is not a standard holiday.
5) Do we ship out of the United States?
Not at this time.
6) Do we ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes we do. They must ship Priority Overnight. The fee for 12 crabcakes is $75.
7) Can my order arrive on a Saturday?
No it cannot. Some areas do not offer Saturday delivery.
8) I have a issue with my order.
Please contact our shipping office at 800 381 8259. If it is after hours please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. Please let us know the order number, your name and phone number. Do not call the restaraunt locations as they do not have your order on file. It is with the shipping department.
9) Do I have to include my phone number?
Yes for several reseaons. If there is a problem fulfilling your order we need to be able to contact you so we can get your order to the destination on time. If the Fed Ex driver cannot find the location you choose for your order the driver needs to be able to contact that person. This is most important during the holiday season as Fed Ex hires many new drivers who may not be very familiar with all areas. Help us help you.
10) I am having a problem placing my order online. Can I place my order on the phone?

11) When is the last day for shipping during the Christmas Holiday?
Our last ship date for crabcakes to arrive will be Wednesday December 20, 2017.
12) Can I order shirts or other merchandise?
Yes you can. Please let us know what item and size you desire.
13) Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we offer two ways for you to choose from. You may choose a Online Gift Card ordered by you on your computer. We will email you a link on which to click that will allow you to print the paper gift card at your location.
We also offer a credit card type gift card that can be ordered online or in person at any of our locations. It will be mailed to you via the postal service if ordered online.
